Any HTML Editor can be used for working with the code and Photoshop or Fireworks is highly recommended for customizing images. 1.2 Are all the Templates really accessible for 1 low price?
Yes! With a registered and valid Membership, you can download any Template or product shown at this site at anytime, during the period of your Membership. The length your Membership lasts is up to you and can always be renewed when it expires. Other products and services are offered which are not included in the Membership and they will always be shown as an extra purchase and the price shown as an extra payment.[ Top ]
1.3 What formats do the products come in?
The Templates and Products are delivered in a variety of formats. Some come in Vector formats (.eps and .wmf), some in high quality raster jpg with high DPIs, some in PSD (Photoshop) format, some in CDR format(Corel Draw 10 ), some in Macromedia Flash 6/MX (FLA and SWF) and some come as HTML files with images sliced to fit the design. Additionally, many templates now include blank jpgs or gifs for easy customization. You should check either the individual image description, or read the descriptive paragraph at the top of each category page to determine what is in the product that you are interested in. Descriptions also include details of what type of files are included along with any specific graphics.[ Top ]

Yes! New Templates and other products are added on a regular basis. Due to the nature of making sure they are always of a superior quality, updates are only provided a few times during each month. If too many were provided more often, the quality might be lower than what people desire and expect. We do not want that.[ Top ]
1.5 Are Refunds offered?
No. You have the ability to preview all Web Templates and other products before paying for a Membership. Once you have paid your Membership and downloaded an item a refund cannot be given. This is part of the understanding which you agree to and are held responsible for, upon creation of your Membership.
